About Us

The HIRED! Apprenticeship Program is a workforce-preparation and apprenticeship enterprise designed to meet the employment and career-exploration needs of Army teens 15-18 years of age.

HIRED! Apprenticeship Terms consist of four twelve-week terms repeated annually. Participants are able to participate in a maximum of two terms per year for three consecutive years. Within each twelve-week term, apprentices are expected to work a minimum of fifteen hours in a seven day period while concurrently participating in HIRED! Workforce-Preparation and Secondary Education Exploration Workshops.

Upon completion of these requirements apprentices receive a cash award. HIRED! Workforce-Preparation Workshops are provided by the HIRED! Program Coordinator or the HIRED! MWR Placement Site

3rd Quarter Term is Approaching!
